Oak is a highly popular species that is a real classic and is suitable for a wide range of finishes and appearances, so that you can achieve the style you want.
This Oak floor is smoked. This process infuses the Oak with Ammonia, giving a slightly grey tone consistently through it. The factory finish white oil derived from natural oils and waxes produces a light white hue, particularly in the grain of this brushed floor.
This engineered overlay floor is suitable for most types of fitting method including installation over under floor heating, but it cannot be fit as a structural floor due to the thickness.

This floor is one of a range of pre-oiled engineered flooring available in a variety of species and widths.
Suitable for most types of fitting method including installation over under floor heating.
It is recommended that all pre-oiled floors have an additional coat of oil after installation. Pre-oiled flooring is designed to be maintained by the customer rather than having to engage expert flooring contractors to periodically replenish the finish.
