As part of order processing, we do not hold full card details as this data is held directly by our card processing provider. We may need to contact you to confirm details as part of the transaction verification required to process and fulfil your order. We use your personal information solely for enquiry quotations, order payment and billing transaction purposes and the delivery of goods. We will only contact you with your consent as part of transaction processing. In order to process credit/debit card transactions, the bank or card processing agency may require to verify your personal details for authorisation outside the EEA (European Economic Area).
