Delivering your wood floor

London and Greater London deliveries are made by ourselves, keeping delivery costs low. Further afield, we rely on a network of couriers with a good service history and fair pricing policies.

Deliveries are made to kerbside only, and adequate labour should be provided to help unload flooring, worktops or any other awkward loads.

Deliveries must be signed for by an authorised person as proof of receipt. In the absence of a signature, the company’s drivers will return any order to the nearest depot for re-delivery, which will be charged as appropriate.

Non-perishable accessories can also be delivered via courier on a next working day service (only available Monday – Friday). Costs may vary due to weight or location.
