Flooring 210 × 20 mm
The distinctive knots of our natural Oak give this floor a charming character that will bring a truly unique look to a home.
Oak is a versatile species that takes pigments very well, so it lends itself well to pre-sealed flooring. The physical characteristics that give Oak its charm are still visible through the finish, so this floor has a naturally charming character and can be matched with the desired design scheme.
This finish retains the natural characteristics of the timber, letting the lighter hue of the Oak speak for itself. A lacquer finish creates a hardwearing film over the surface of the wood making it extremely durable and low maintenance. The protective coat will usually last between 5 and 7 years depending on usage and level of traffic.
Our engineered wood flooring meets modern requirements and keeps a traditional wood flooring appearance. The multiple layers of plywood backing give support to the visible top layer of the precious hardwood, resulting in a floor that looks and feels like a solid wood floor but that is suitable for under floor heating, can be laid over almost all types of sub floor, and can still be sanded and re-finished after years of use.
The wide board format is perfect for large open spaces, as generous room proportions will enhance the quality and splendour of this floor’s gorgeous finish.
